Thank you for booking time to attend a screening or check-in appointment at Linear. To reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission at Linear facilities, all participants will be required to undergo Rapid Antigen Testing at screening, check-in, and throughout the trial as required. Please read the consent form (PICF) which has been provided to you in this email.
1. Please arrive 15 minutes early to sign in and complete a self-RAT.
2. When you arrive at our facility, you will need to sign in at reception. After signing in, please follow the receptionist’s directions.
3. At the reception, we will help you to perform a 15 min self-RAT. If the test comes back negative you will proceed into our Screening Clinic. If the test comes back positive, a trained staff member will advise you appropriately.
Please note: If you have a positive RAT at screening, public transport home is not advised. The preferred mode of transport is a private vehicle but rideshares are also an option.

Having to miss an appointment at Linear because of the situations described is not a problem and is something we can work with. It is better that you avoid coming to Linear if you are feeling unwell so you can focus on getting better, and to help minimise the unnecessary spread of any infections. This helps to minimise the risk of infection transmission to other participants, Linear staff, and the general public.
