Help Test a New Treatment for B-Cell Malignancies
This healthy volunteer study is evaluating a new treatment for B-Cell Malignancies. The primary goal is to assess the safety and tolerability of the treatment in healthy adult participants.
The investigational medicine is a potential treatment for blood cancers that works by blocking a protein called B-cell lymphoma-2, which may help to kill cancer cells and reduce tumour size.
The purpose of this study is to assess how the oral suspension is absorbed and processed in the body, including whether levels are similar to the tablet form, the effect of food on absorption, and how well the formulation is tolerated, including any potential side effects.
Eligible participants include males or females who are of non-childbearing potential.
